I just wanted to express how very much we appreciated your efforts on our behalf with our move to Israel.

When it came time to select a company to ship our belongings from the US to Israel, I must say it was a daunting task.  There were so many choices and we knew absolutely nothing about any particular organization.

Since I had been using Janglo.com to glean information about out move, it was there that I turned to see if anyone had any “horrible or great” experience with shippers.

Almost immediately I received a response from a lady who had lived only a few miles from our location in central Pennsylvania.  She was actually ebullient about her dealings with your company.  She even asked me to give my regards to one of the employees if I spoke to anyone at your company.

With that I looked no further.  I must tell you, we are so impressed with every single employee with which we came in contact! Ours was a small shipment as much things go.  Still, your warmth, professionalism, and personal concern were amazing.  Your company has heart!! Something we thought was out of style these days.

The shipment arrived in Israel far quicker than we expected. A telephone call came to bring us up to speed, and delivery was made exactly as promised.  We did not have to deal with customers or tax people, it was done for us!  Just open the door in America and again in Israel.  Everything else was handled for us. AND NOT ONE SINGLE ITM WAS BROKEN OR MISSING!

About four months ago, I packed up my apartment in New York City and made aliyah.  When I talk about it now, on the other side of the move, I can be very casual.  However, this was certainly not the tone five months ago.  When I decided to move, I had not thought through all the logistical nightmares that can lurk around each bend.  Instead, I was overwhelmed with the excitement about planning my life in Israel.  Perhaps this excitement is what drove me to be very thorough and organized during my moving process. 

I spoke to many moving companies, comparing prices and services along the way.  I was so lucky to find Dolphin.  They offered me a deal that literally rook away every possible headache.  They packed my things, took them from my apartment, brought them to Israel by sea, and delivered them to my apartment in Tel Aviv.  They did all of this for a flat rate.  I will admit that the flat rate immediately lured me in because it meant that I wouldn’t have to pack with a measuring tape and calculator in hand.  Just to be sure, I checked out the price against companies that offered rates per square meter and added fees for various things.  Dolphin ended up being cheaper!  I was very happy to know that I was getting excellent service for an excellent price. 

Aside from being comfortable and easy on my wallet, the people that worked with from dolphin both in the USA and in Israel were just wonderful.  They were professional, friendly and went out of their way to help me.  When I look back on my aliyah process, I see dolphin as a major contributor to the smoothness of it all.  I would recommend them to anyone planning a similar move.
